To globally change all items of one color to another color:
Option 1:
- Go to Edit > Colors to display the Colors dialog.
- Select the name of a color you want to remove and click Delete. You will be prompted with a dialog asking what color you want to use for objects that have the color you are deleting applied to them.
- Select the color you want to replace the deleted color.
- Click OK.
Option 2:
- Go to Edit >Item Find/Change dialogue
- Select Box color tab and choose color you wish to change in Find What and color which you want to change to in Change To, click on Find Next and then Change All.
- Click OK.
Note: When you are globally changing one color to another, save a copy of your work before you do so. If you accidentally change everything to the wrong color, you can simply choose File > Revert to Saved to undo the error without losing any of your work.
