Summary:
Customer draws a picture box with Picture Content Tool or Text box with Text Content Tool but QuarkXPress shows it as none box.
Solution:
- Click on Edit option in QuarkXPress menu.
- Click on preferences.
- Under Preferences navigate to the option Tools.
- Click on Text content and then on the option “Restore All”.
- Click on Picture Content and then on the option “Restore All”.
- Now click on OK and start the QuarkXPress.
