Solution:

• Update the 32 bit IMEs to their 64 bit version.


• QuarkXPress 2015 is a 64 Bit application and the 32 bit IMEs are only compatible with 32 bit applications like Text Wrangler, Mac Microsoft Word and QuarkXPress 10. Installing the 64 Bit IMEs version for the customer IMEs will make it work with QuarkXPress 2015.
