The Select commands in the Table menu are helpful for applying different formatting to alternating rows or columns.You can automatically select all even rows, even columns, odd rows, or odd columns in a table for formatting:
- For Rows - Select Table > Select > Odd Rows or Even Rows.
- For Columns - Select Table > Select > Odd Columns, or Even Columns.
