Shortcuts doesn't appear in QuarkXPress

Summary:
While working with QuarkXPress ; shortcut keys does not work or appear in the application
Solution:
1. Quit QuarkXPress 2016 and click on the Finder window
2. Hold down the Option key and keep it pressed
3. On the menubar Select Go > Library
4. Go to Application Support > Quark > QuarkXPress > Quark.CustomKeyShortcuts
5. Delete the file ‘Quark.CustomKeyShortcuts’
6. Hold down the Option key again and click on GO
7. Select Library > Preferences > Quark > QuarkXPress 2016 >
8. Delete this QuarkXPress 2016 folder
9. Relaunch QuarkXPress
