Where do I find Build Index in QuarkXPress 10?

Background: Build Index option was available at two different locations in QuarkXPress 9.X i.e:

Windows > Index > Index Palette > Click on the top right square box > Select Build Index

Solution: The Build Index option is only available under Windows in QuarkXPress 10

Windows > Index > Index Palette > Click on the top right square box > Select Build Index
