Solution:

Step 1 : Download the update on your Windows OS from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48234 (KB2999226)
Step 2 : Install Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library 2015 (included in release and will be installed by the installer)
