Applies to- QuarkXPress 10/2015 on Mac OS and Windows OS.

Summary:
Error occurs in Acrobat or a blank PDF is displayed on opening the QuarkXPress outputted PDF with Native Transparency & CCITT Compression.

Solution:

1. Launch QuarkXPress and open the existing print project.
2. Navigate to File> Export> Layout as PDF and select the PDF output style.
3. Go to compression tab, in the Monochrome settings, change the compression from CCITT Group 3/4 to None.
   
4. Click OK and save the PDF.
